Each program sets its own rules and decides eligibility. We cannot promise that any program will fund Vantage, and we will not tell you it will.

Qualified
Public safety agencies and facility operators.
Fire and rescue services, urban search and rescue teams, emergency management and law enforcement agencies, and federal agencies in the United States, and qualified operators for the buildings they own or run.
Not offered
Never to private individuals.
Vantage is not sold for personal use, and not offered outside the United States without written approval and export review.

What buyers ask first.
Can you provide a formal quote?
Yes. Formal quotes and product specifications are provided to verified agencies on request.
Can Vantage be bought as a sole source?
Where your process calls for it, we provide what a sole-source justification needs. Whether a sole-source purchase applies is your procurement office’s decision.
Which grant programs can pay for it?
Examples include the Assistance to Firefighters Grant, the Urban Area Security Initiative and the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant. Each program decides eligibility, and we cannot promise an award.
Why is pricing not published?
Pricing is set in a written agreement with each agency, together with data handling and responsible use.
Can our security team review Vantage first?
Yes. Security, privacy and legal questions are worked through before anything is deployed, and your counsel and IT staff are welcome from the first meeting.
Can agencies outside the United States buy Vantage?
Vantage is offered in the United States. Any use outside the United States, or by or for a non-U.S. government, requires our prior written approval and an export review.
